I’m Artem, and my faith guides how I work, how I treat people, and the standards I hold myself to. This business carries my name and my responsibility to honor God in every project.
I founded AVP in 2020 with a simple conviction: Northeast Florida homeowners deserved a finish carpentry company that shows up when it says it will, quotes one honest all-in price, and finishes the work to a standard we’d accept in our own home. That conviction is why we take a limited number of projects at a time — every job gets the crew’s full attention, and mine.
What I’m building isn’t just homes — it’s a future for my wife and kids rooted in integrity, stewardship, and hard work. Thankful for the trust of homeowners across Jacksonville and St. Johns County.

How we run the company
- Licensed and insured.Florida licensed, with general-liability and workers’ compensation coverage — documentation provided before any job starts.
- One all-in price. Quoted at your in-home consultation. No menu pricing, no surprise add-ons, no trip charges.
- Balance due at satisfaction.The final walkthrough happens together, and the balance is only due when you’re fully satisfied with the finished work.
- A one-year workmanship warranty. Every installation is covered for a year against defects in our workmanship — read the warranty.
- Finish carpentry only.We don’t chase roofing, framing, or remodels. Custom millwork is the craft, and staying specialized is why the finish quality stays high.
