French & Interior Doors
Doors that turn a room into a destination.
Glass French doors for offices and flex spaces, upgraded interior doors, and cased openings — hung plumb, trimmed clean, and finished to match your home.
The fastest way to make a home office feel like a real office — or a flex room feel like a study, a den, or a playroom with boundaries — is a proper set of doors. Glass French doors close off sound without closing off light, which is exactly what most Florida floor plans with big open sightlines are missing. And because a door gets touched every day, the difference between a rushed install and a craftsman install shows up immediately: in the swing, the reveal, and the latch.
We install French doors into existing openings and cut new openings where the plan needs one, convert wide cased openings into closable rooms, and upgrade hollow builder doors to solid-core throughout the house. Every door is hung plumb, margins tuned even all the way around, hardware fitted properly, and the casing coped and finished so the opening looks original to the home.
What we build
Glass French doors
Single and double glass French doors that close off an office or flex room while keeping the light and the sightline.
New openings & conversions
Cased openings converted to closable rooms, and new door openings cut, framed, and trimmed where the floor plan needs one.
Solid-core door upgrades
Hollow builder doors replaced with solid-core for sound, weight, and a noticeably better feel — throughout a hall or the whole house.
Hardware & casing
Hinges, latches, and handle sets fitted precisely, with door casing matched to your existing trim profile.
Planning your project
What drives the price
The door itself and the opening work set the price: hanging doors in an existing opening costs less than converting a cased opening, which costs less than cutting a new one through a wall. Glass French doors cost more than solid slabs, and hardware ranges widely. Whole-house solid-core swaps price per door and drop quickly at volume.
Timeline
A French door set into an existing opening is typically installed, trimmed, and finished in a day. Converting a cased opening or cutting a new opening runs one to two days including drywall touch-in and paint.
Materials & finish
We hang quality slab and pre-hung doors — solid-core for sound, glass French units for light — with hardware fitted precisely and casing matched to your existing trim profile. Painted finishes are sprayed or brushed to match the room's trim.
Care & maintenance
A properly hung door needs almost nothing: hinges may want a drop of oil after a few years, and glass cleans with standard glass cleaner. If a door ever rubs or a latch drifts out of alignment in the first year because of our installation, that's a warranty visit, not a service call.
