The ornate, column-heavy entertainment center that came with this Marsh Landing home had served its time. We pulled it out, repaired the wall behind it, and built a floor-to-ceiling replacement in Baltic birch and large-format porcelain, with woven wooden grille inserts that keep the homeowner's subwoofer system fully intact.
