The master closet in this Mill Creek Forest home had good bones. 120 inches of ceiling height and real square footage. What it didn't have was any actual organization. Wire racks, shoes on the floor, clothes crammed edge to edge. We came in and built it out completely from scratch: custom white built-ins with a dedicated shoe tower, drawer stack, double-hang sections, and L-shaped shelving throughout.
